Arrivals & Departures from the apartment in Barcelona

Please read the following steps in order to familiarize your self with the arrival and departure process, like receiving the keys of the apartment or getting refunded your damage deposit upon departure from your rent apartment in Barcelona.

1. Together with the confirmation of your reservation, ChicRoom Barcelona will send you an email containing all the information you need for your arrival:

• Location and address of apartment

• Telephone number of ChicRoom Barcelona so that you can call in order confirm you arrival in Barcelona

2. You will be asked to reply as soon as possible with the time of your arrival in Barcelona so that the ChicRoom Barcelona person or owner of the apartment will be there at the apartment to meet you with the keys, etc.

3. When you arrive in Barcelona we would ask you to call ChicRoom Barcelona at the telephone number provided in the email to confirm your arrival time at the apartment. Please note: for arrival to the apartment between 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. there is a late check-in fee of 30€.

4. When you arrive at the apartment the ChicRoom Barcelona staff member or the owner of the apartment will provide you with the following:

• Keys for entry to the apartment

• Walk through the apartment

• Instruct you how to use equipment in the apartment like Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Cooker etc.,

• Explain any items like rubbish removal specific to that neighbourhood, local grocery store location, directions to metro station or other information regarding the area in general.

• Collect the remaining rental amount and the damage deposit in cash. Exact amount will be stated in your arrival and departure information the will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation.

5. During your stay at your accommodation inBarcelona we ask you to contact ChicRoom Barcelona IMMEDIATELY if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

6. Contact us during business hours for anything like restaurant recommendations, directions from where you are if lost or just general questions regarding either the apartment or Barcelona.

7. Departure should be before 11 am if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you providing our next arrival is not early the same day. A member of our staff will be at the apartment at the concerted hour to.

• Collect the apartment keys

• Return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred.

8. With advance notice we can book a taxi for you for your departure from the apartment.
