Wilhelmus N. - The Netherlands - TETUAN "Apartamento en Barcelona"
What we liked most was the great service provided by the hostess. We missed corkscrew in te appartment and furthemore the cups for the coffee machine were not to be found in the super marcets (not even the big ones) However we enjoyed our stay very much and it was a great place to stay to visite Barcelona.

Our check-in hostess, was very helpful and accommodating. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi initially because one of the characters in the password displayed was incorrect. An extra set of towels would also have been nice. In general we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very good location, close to everything in Barcelona. A lot of noises during the night due to the apartment which is close to this one was occupied by Italians who made a lot of noise during all the night. On the other hand, the main bedroom is close to an old elevator which makes a lot of noises each time somebody takes it. The heat system was difficult to control, actually it was broken, but it was fixed by the owner the first day. Something I didnt like was we had to check out at 11 am instead of 12 pm, what its very unsual.The kitchen stuff and equipment was in general very good, but I was really surprised because there were not more than two glasses of champagne, not glasses of wine or more champagne glasses, it was very weird.

We spent three wonderful nights enjoying Sergio's apartment. It really is hard to do justice to how wonderful it is - from the building and apartment's architecture, to the neighborhood, to the quality of the furnishings, to Sergio's incredible helpfulness - it was perfect. The building is located in a terrific part of Barcelona with great restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, not to mention shopping and two of Gaudi's most significant buildings within a few minutes¹ walk. Sergio is a wealth of information about where to eat and go, and happy to offer suggestions. We would have missed the really great store Vincon if not for Sergio's prompting. The apartment itself is just a treasure of incredible architecture and endless detail. The stained glass window is a joy to behold and the entire space has been lovingly restored to its original state...with the exception of the bathrooms which are now better than a 5 star hotel (with rare great lighting too!). The bedrooms are both large and feel very spacious. Beyond the walls and floors, the apartment is beautifully furnished - again to a style and quality that is impeccable. The bed linens were great - soft, comfy and welcoming. Every detail has been taken care of. Lastly - the WIFI is very quick and reliable! We can't say enough about our experience with the apartment and would 100% recommend staying there.
