It has traditional tiled flooring as well as original exposed stone walls and ceilings. There are two living rooms in the house. One has comfortable sofas, a television and board games for you to use. It is an amazing space for you to spend time enjoying the company of your friends and family. The second living room is filled with even more character thanks to the completely exposed walls and ceilings. It is cosy and has a wood burner and would be the perfect place to go to escape the world with a good book. In the kitchen-diner there is a lovely fireplace and a large dining table for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need during your stay. There is also a laundry room next door to the kitchen. Upstairs there are two comfortable and homey bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a double bed set up like bunk beds. There are two modern bathrooms in the house.

One of the best things about this holiday home is the amazing outdoor space. On the top floor there is a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. It has a table and chairs, a parasol, a shower and a well full of drinking water! This terrace is ideal for those who want breakfast with a view, romantic drinks under the stars or to enjoy every last bit of sunshine. About the Location

The beautiful town of Ullastret is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the rural side of Catalonia, whilst still being close to many of Costa Brava’s stinning beaches, which can be found just a 20 minute drive away. The town itself is historic and charming with many old houses and a church from the 9th century, as well as a number of more modern restaurants and shops. It is surrounded by farmland and nature and next to the town is an excavation centre of the biggest Iberian settlement in Catalonia, dating back over 2,500 years.

If you fancy spending some time in a more metropolitan area, Ullastret is a 40 minute drive from the beautiful city of Girona, which has an airport and many lovely sites to see. Barcelona is also under two hours away by car.
