Nestled in the exclusive hills of Roca Llisa, this expansive and luxurious 6-bedroom villa defines 21st century luxury. With breath-taking views of Ibiza’s luscious green countryside, as well as a fantastic location near to Ibiza town and many of the islands most popular beaches, a stay in this villa will ensure you enjoy a dream holiday.

The villa has 2 swimming pools set in 5,000m2 of impressive gardens. Landscaped to perfection, the high boarders create an element of privacy, even within the confines of the villa’s own, already private, land. Paths lead guests on an adventure through the multi-levelled grounds, where outdoor furniture sits, surrounded by fabulous mature trees and turquoise waters, transporting their minds to the jungles of eastern Asia. Water features provide a perfectly tranquil environment and there is even a yoga platform for guests to focus their minds under the Mediterranean sun. Cabanas, daybeds, sun loungers and outdoor sofas make it almost impossible to not spend all day outdoors, whether dozing in the sun or reading in the shade of a palm tree. 

The 850m2 interior of the property easily matches the outside in its splendour. It has a generally bohemian vibe with touches of ultra-modernity, all blending together to create the perfect, luxury retreat. Stone floors, walls and fireplaces merge with wooden doors and furniture that fill the living area with natural tones and energies, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to flow into one. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors can open up to fully allow the elements in- from the soft patter of rainfall to a cooling breeze on a hot summer’s day, guests can truly be at one with nature.

The living space itself is large and open plan with various self-contained spaces contributing to a kitchen, living room and dining room. The huge dining table takes centre stage and can seat up to 10 people. It has fantastic views of the villa’s pool, the gardens and the countryside. The living room is located to the side and is a cosy space with comfortable sofas, a big tv and the intriguing remains of an old fireplace. The conveniently located, fully equipped kitchen can be found to the other side of the dining room. It includes two ovens, warming drawers, a gas stove, an induction stove, a huge double fridge and much more hidden away in the beautiful wooden cabinets. This is not all, as there is even a second ‘outdoor’ kitchen in the villa! Located in a purpose-built building with a glass roof, this bright space feels almost like a garden room. It is a complete joy to cook in, whether chefs are catering for an al fresco dinner party or parents are simply making lunch for their hungry children when they finally get them out of the pool. The charming outdoor dining area is just outside the second kitchen. It is surrounded by the flowered walls of the villa and allows guests to dine under the stars.

There are 6 double bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a pleasing, individual design that continues the villa’s overall bohemian, yet modern theme. The stunning beds, some of them with four poster bedframes, are the centrepieces of each room and there is also a tv and an iPhone/iPad docking station in each one. The bedrooms on the lower floor have access to outdoor terraces and on the upper floor, they have balconies with wonderful views.

The best part of the property is without doubt, the spectacular rooftop terrace. It has romantic outdoor furniture and even a hot tub! The clear glass fence ensures that you won’t miss an inch of the stunning view, which extends to the nearby golf course and over the Ibizan mountains.

There is also a gym and an office space in the property. A maid service and a yoga instructor are also available upon request.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

The location of this villa is excellent. It can be found in the residential area of Roca Llisa, a desirable seaside town, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the vibrant Ibiza Town. It is full of luxurious villas and is perfect for tourists due to its coastal location as well as its number of supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants, including Amante, a restaurant that comes highly recommended. It is also home to the only golf course on the island! It is a great location for lovers of the beach, as there are a number of beaches all less than a 20 minute drive away, including Sol D'en Serra, Cala Olivera, Talamanca, Figueretas, Playa D'en Bossa, Es Codolar, Cala Jondal and Cala Llonga.

    Moderate Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, you will pay 50% of the total amount.

    If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or are a no-show, you will pay 100% of the total amount.

    In the event that the client should change their dates, it will be treated as a new stay and it will be subject to the cancellation conditions.

    The amount pre-paid when you booked the accommodation is non refundable and cannot be transferred from one accommodation to another.

    The cancellation request must always be done by email.
