This charming 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate 6 guests and is the perfect accommodation for free spirts and art lovers. It features a bright, bohemian design and six Juliet balconies overlooking the Museum of Fine Arts, each letting in lots of natural light and filling the apartment with positive energy.
The property is located on the third floor of a historic building in the heart of Seville. It is in an excellent location for tourists as it is the proud neighbour of Spain’s second most important art gallery. Peace, quiet and privacy are guaranteed, as the apartment is fitted with traditional shutters and double-glazed windows and doors, as well as sound insulation. Natural sunlight floods the apartment, streaming in through the large windows and the careful distribution of the rooms and choice of structural elements makes the whole house breathe. Simplicity is in the detail, in the clean lines of the design, the bright white walls and carpentry, the absence of cornices and superfluous ornaments. Polished cement floors and high ceilings afford an even greater sense of space, quiet and tranquillity. The décor throughout shows impeccable taste, with a large dose of intuition and a fun and eclectic choice of furniture. Nordic design sits alongside traditional Spanish furniture, and antique pieces are dotted here and there. The result is a charming, chic and stylish mix which will make you you fall in love with the place.
A bright and airy entrance hall leads the way into this perfect home. The living room, with two distinct areas, comes to life with colourful and decorative pieces, such as an Elizabethan-style sofa upholstered in theatrical red below a contemporary painting on the wall, providing a comfortable reading area. The sitting area is furnished with two comfy sofas, a vintage leather chair and some modern pieces of furniture which contrast well with a modernist marble chimney surround. The hemp carpet and natural textiles afford a Mediterranean touch, and the family pictures give the room a unique, personal style.
The bright white, modern kitchen is mellowed by the furniture in the adjacent dining room, which has a pretty wooden dining table for 6, and Nordic-style chairs. The miniature works of art and oriental carpets on the walls and floors show dynamism and add colour to the rooms.
The apartment has three bedrooms: two doubles and a single, all stylish but simple. There is a total of five beds, one of which is a trundle bed, meaning that the apartment sleeps up to 6 people. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling windows leading to a Juliet balcony with beautiful views of the city, adding a romantic touch. The first bedroom is bright, with a white colour palette, two balconies, twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom also has two single beds and the third bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed. The apartment has a large bathroom with a bath and double basins.
Note: the building does not have a lift.
Plaza del Museo is exceptionally located in the very heart of Seville, next to the Museum of Fine Arts, a must if you want to see the legacy of some of the greatest Spanish painters and other baroque treasures. It is only a few steps away from the Plaza del Duque and the main commercial streets in the centre of town (Sierpes and Tetuán), an area which is especially important during Easter Week. Just a 10 minute walk are some of the city’s most important highlights, the historic centre and the Guadalquivir river, with a wealth of great bars, restaurants and shops. Seville has an excellent transport system so it is easy to get around by either bus, taxi or tram.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we retain 30% of the total reservation.
If cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, we retain 50% of the total reservation.
If cancelled between 15 and 2 days prior to arrival, we will retain 75%.
Less than two days prior to arrival we retain 100% of the reservation.
