It is housed in a listed 19th-century building which has been recently restored, carefully conserving its original structure and features, giving guests a taste of the magnificence of the period.
The 200m2 apartment is spread over two floors. The living area on the lower floor is bathed in natural light which streams in through the large windows. Classical Spanish furniture and an outstanding collection of paintings create a striking interior, refined and full of character, a veritable legacy of the majestic nature of the original house. The overwhelming sense is one of luxury, freshness and vibrancy with spacious interiors full of the most unexpected decorative details, from the colourful marble floors and intricate original woodwork on doors, windows and walls to the luxurious finishings and top of the range appliances.

This apartment is located in the very heart of this historic city on the banks of the Seville’s Guadalquivir river. It is just a 5-minute walk from some of the city’s most famous cultural and historical sights, including the Cathedral, the Real Alcázar (royal palace), and the Archive of the Indies, to name but a few. It is also close to the main shopping areas and the Arenal district, popular for leisure and dining within the historical centre, very close to the famous Maestranza bull ring. Moderate Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, you will pay 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or are a no-show, you will pay 100% of the total amount.
In the event that the client should change their dates, it will be treated as a new stay and it will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
The amount pre-paid when you booked the accommodation is non refundable and cannot be transferred from one accommodation to another.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we retain 30% of the total reservation.

If cancelled between 15 and 2 days prior to arrival, we will retain 75%.
Less than two days prior to arrival we retain 100% of the reservation.
