This enchanting 4-bedroom apartment is uniquely located on the elegant Calle de San Fernando. It borders the walls of Seville’s beautiful 14th-century Moorish palace, the Real Alcázar, and has some spectacular and exclusive views of the gardens.
The property is part of a beautifully restored 18th-century building which was originally built as living quarters for the high-ranking staff of the Royal Tobacco Factory, a magnificent industrial building opposite the apartment which today houses the administrative offices of Seville University.
With its bright, natural sunlight and spectacular views, this apartment is not one to be forgotten soon. It is very spacious, a rarity in old buildings in the city centre, and full of structural and decorative details common to Sevillian architecture of the period. White walls predominate throughout, emphasising the high ceilings and neoclassical decorative details, such as pillars and mouldings. ABOUT THE LOCATION
The Calle de San Fernando is a superb location for those wishing to be in the historic centre of the city, close to some of Seville’s most famous cultural and historical sites. Without leaving the apartment itself, you have a sweeping view of the Royal Tobacco Factory and the Alfonso XIII hotel, a veritable icon of traditional Sevillian architecture.
A short stroll away are the Murillo Gardens, the picturesque Barrio de Santa Cruz, as well as the entrance to the Maria Luisa Park. Here you will find the Plaza de España, a jewel of Seville and one of the most iconic works of renowned architect Anibal González, built in 1929. In the opposite direction lie the Avenida de la Constitución, the Cathedral of Santa María de los Reyes, the Giralda, and, of course, the gardens of the Real Alcázar, a stunning complex which must not be missed. Not only is San Fernando one of the most dynamic streets in the city, it is also superbly connected, with good transport links by tram, bus and metro.

In the event that the client should change their dates, it will be treated as a new stay and it will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
The amount pre-paid when you booked the accommodation is non refundable and cannot be transferred from one accommodation to another.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we retain 30% of the total reservation.

If cancelled between 15 and 2 days prior to arrival, we will retain 75%.
Less than two days prior to arrival we retain 100% of the reservation.
