This bright, 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect Sevillian retreat! With its 2 large, sun-filled terraces, its sophisticated interior design and its excellent location, there is no better place to experience the best of this vibrant city. Located in the historic centre, it is close to the lively Mateos Gago street, right next to the Giralda and Seville’s Cathedral, the largest gothic structure in the world.

The name of the apartment, Puerta del Sol, has not been chosen at random. All year round, sunlight streams in, a privilege which can best be enjoyed from the property’s two terraces. The first is equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying an outdoor breakfast. Coffee and sunlight: bring on the day! The second terrace is larger and has a view of the famous Giralda watching over the city. Again, it has a table and chairs, as well as comfortable sofas and an awning for shade. It is not overlooked, so guests can soak up the Sevillian sun in complete privacy all day long!
Indoors, the living area is made up of a living-dining room and a kitchen. Both rooms are bright, thanks to the white colour scheme and the big glass doors which lead to the terraces and allow plenty of light in. The living room is a prime example of Ceano’s creative instinct: balance and an intelligent use of space, with a sophisticated selection of designer furniture and singular refurbished pieces. There is a sitting area with an audio system, TV and a designer sofa. The dining area features a Saarinen tulip table and beautiful Hans Wegner CH24 chairs, designer hits of the 20th century and a firm favourite with Ceano. The kitchen is designed in a flowing, contemporary style, equipped with top-quality white goods and appliances.
The 2 bedrooms, like the rest of the apartment, make the most of the natural light. The master bedroom is a great size, with a big double bed, built-in wardrobe and contemporary designer furniture. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a single bed, a spacious wardrobe and a small work area. There is one more bathroom for communal use, also with a shower.
Additional amenities include a lift, air conditioning, heating, wifi, TV, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, bed linen and towels.

Puerta del Sol is located in a modern building next to the lively Mateos Gago street and right on the doorstep of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of Seville. It is a truly privileged location in the historic centre of the city, just steps away from the Giralda, Seville Cathedral, the Royal Palace (Reales Alcázares) and the Archive of the Indies. The area is full of bars and restaurants to enjoy typical Sevillian dishes, and shops to buy local crafts. The apartment is just a short walk away from other important sites, such as the Murillo gardens and the old tobacco factory to one side, and the city’s commercial centre on the other. It is the perfect pied-à-terre for enjoying the myriad of options Seville has to offer.

If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, you will pay 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or are a no-show, you will pay 100% of the total amount.
In the event that the client should change their dates, it will be treated as a new stay and it will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
The amount pre-paid when you booked the accommodation is non refundable and cannot be transferred from one accommodation to another.

Less than two days prior to arrival we retain 100% of the reservation.
