Cancellation policies
If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, you will pay 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or are a no-show, you will pay 100% of the total amount.
In the event that the client should change their dates, it will be treated as a new stay and it will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
The amount pre-paid when you booked the accommodation is non refundable and cannot be transferred from one accommodation to another.
The cancellation request must always be done by email.
If you cancel 24 hours after booking at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, you lose 0%.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we retain 30% of the total reservation.
If cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, we retain 50% of the total reservation.
If cancelled between 15 and 2 days prior to arrival, we will retain 75%.
Less than two days prior to arrival we retain 100% of the reservation.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the arrival date, you will immediately receive a ChicRoom voucher worth 100% of the amount you pre-paid when you booked.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the arrival date, we will send you a voucher worth 50% of the online payment. We give the other 50% to the apartment owner to compensate him/her for losing the booking at such a short notice.
